The latest additions to Tenny's acclaimed Coronation series fountain pens incorporate metal components, enhancing the pen‘s balanced weight distribution and grip comfort. Each pen is painstakingly handcrafted by skilled artisans, who are able to achieve the extremely difficult task of precisely aligning the wooden and metal parts of the pen!
Precious Wood
The wood used to make this pen, Taiwanese Incense-Cedar (Calocedrus formosana) is an indigenous Taiwanese conifer that belongs to the Cypress family. It grows in mountainous areas at an altitude of 300 to 1,900 meters and is considered a national treasure of Taiwan.
Due to extensive logging, Taiwanese Incense-Cedar is now listed as an endangered plant species and harvesting of this wood is prohibited.
Long-Lasting Fragrance
The wooden core extracted from the centuries old Taiwanese Incense-Cedar has a unique fragrance that is long-lasting, uplifting and sweet.
The scent calms the mind and soothe any troubled soul. Its wood chips were often made into incense sticks used in Buddhist temples.
Oily Hardwood
Taiwanese Incense-Cedar, different from other fragrant woods that are soft in nature, is a hardwood with intricate dense wood grains with a smooth texture. With prolonged use, the wood will secrete oil and over time, it will become shinier and smoother to touch.
As the wood is hard and brittle, it could crack easily during the pen-making process. Accordingly, each completed pen is a precious art piece.
Premium Wooden Pen
Very small quantities were produced (currently, we have only been allocated 20 pieces).
The pen is packaged in a beautiful deluxe wooden box.
It uses cartridges or a converter as refilling system and comes with a smooth and responsive German Schmidt steel nib (available in F and M).

How much is my shipping?
Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.
For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Which courier will my order be shipped through?
For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.
For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.
For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.
