Order Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order before we ship your order, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit in the same amount that you paid for the order. This means you can use the store credit for a future purchase at your convenience, giving you the flexibility to choose anything you truly love.

Return and Cancellation Policy

For online purchases (whether shipped or picked up in store), you will have 30 days from your order’s date of arrival to submit a return/exchange/refund request.

Please note that we can only accept returns if the item is in the same condition that you received it - in its original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels. Preferential returns (you simply changed your mind about the purchased item), once received and approved, will be issued a store credit that can be used for your next online purchase.  

Any products that have been engraved or customized cannot be returned, unless damaged upon receipt.

However, if we made a mistake by sending the wrong item or perhaps your purchased item arrived damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will make it right!

 How do I return something to you?

Before sending us a return, please email us at info@muzepens.com with the following details:

  • Order #
  • Return reason
  • Images of the item

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with further instructions by e-mail.

  • If we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping charge.
  • If this is a preferential return, you will be responsible for shipping arrangements and shipping costs.

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect the item for approval.

  • If the preferential return is approved, a refund in the form of online store credit will be issued to you, which can be used for your next online purchase.
  • If the return of a mistaken order is approved, we will ship a new item in good condition on our cost.
