Ukiyo-e is a Japanese woodblock printing art established in the Edo-period (17th century) and the paintings generally feature the lifestyle, landscapes, scenes of folklores and entertainments of the people at the time.
One of the famous Ukiyo-e artists is Hokusai Katsushika. Hokusai drew 36 kinds of landscape paintings with Mt.Fuji included as a part of the scenery. This unique style of landscape painting has brought tremendous prestige to Hokusai and his work continues to influence the art world today.
Inspired by the color palette of Hokusai, TACCIA launched the Ukiyo-e Urushi “Hokusai Katsushika” fountain pen collection.
Each of the “Hokusai Katsushika” collection is hand-coated with many layers of urushi lacquer by urushi masters.
Each pen comes with a Sailor-made soft and responsive 14k-gold nib and it offers a fantastic writing experience.
The pen set comes with a wooden pen case, a single pen wrap and a 40ml Ukiyo-e ink.

How much is my shipping?
Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.
For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Which courier will my order be shipped through?
For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.
For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.
For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.
