TACCIA has once again challenged their designers and Maki-e artisans to craft exquisitely gorgeous fountain pens in this Ama-Iro (Raden Gradation) Collection.
Each Raden Maki-e pen is hand-inlaid with raden strips underneath several coats of urushi lacquer, then the pen barrel is buffed to make the raden layer visible again. And finally, multiple layers of Ki-urushi is applied and polished many times until each pen is shiny smooth.
The Ama-Iro (Raden Gradation) series has three versions: Hekikū (Blue), Haruakane (Red) and Green. Each version is limited to 100 pieces worldwide.
The pen comes with a Sailor-made, soft and responsive 14k-gold nib and it offers a fantastic writing experience.

螺鈿，又稱螺甸、螺填、鈿嵌，是指將螺殼或海貝磨成薄片，再鑲嵌在器物表面的工藝。最早起源於西周，至唐代傳入日本。螺鈿的要求極高，如《髹飾錄》中記載螺鈿「點、抹、鈎、條，總五十有五等，無所不足也」，足見工藝之精細。
TACCIA天彩系列鋼筆應用精湛無比的螺鈿工藝。筆桿上的螺鈿片必須先由匠人一點一點地以人手鑲嵌，再在其上塗不同顏色的漆，營造漸變色的效果，其後經由極其精細的打磨與拋光，使底層的螺鈿片重見天日。螺鈿片在光線照射下閃爍著絢麗的五彩光芒，教人百看不厭。
天彩系列共有碧空（藍）、春茜（紅）、慈雨（綠）三色，每款限量100枝，筆尾標有編號。

How much is my shipping?
Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.
For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Which courier will my order be shipped through?
For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.
For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.
For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.
