Mikage-ishi is the Japanese name of granite, but it originally referred to a location within Kobe. Mikage was rich in high quality granite, and the resource was regularly loaded on ships in the Osaka Bay, then shipped to various parts of Japan. Eventually, the town of Mikage became synonymous to its most abundant resource.

In this collection, TACCIA draws inspiration from this rich part of Japanese history. They have collaborated with a leading domestic paint company to apply a special coating to their hard rubber pen barrels, reproducing the color and texture of granite. Not only does the surface have a textured feel, but it is also durable and corrosion-resistant, making it look like real granite! A truly unique piece of artwork!

The pen body is longer than a regular pen, with a stable weight and comfortable grip for writing. Paired with a finely polished stainless steel nib made in Japan, the pen provides ample feedback.

御影石（Mikage-ishi）即是花崗岩或麻石。「御影」一詞原本是日本神户市的地名。因為御影的北面盛產花崗岩，切出的花崗岩會在大阪灣裝船，發往日本各地，於是御影漸漸成為花崗岩的代名詞。

日本品牌TACCIA跟國內一流油漆公司合作，在硬橡膠筆桿上塗上特殊塗料，還原出花崗岩的顏色和質感。不單觸摸時表面凹凸有致，而且耐用、抗腐蝕，彷似真的花崗岩！

筆身長度較普通筆長，配重較穩定，握感書寫的手感很好。配合日本精製的不鏽鋼筆尖，打磨細膩，回饋感很足。
