有如其他的 Masterpiece Grande Koi版本，Blue & White採用粗型超大魚雷形狀。 筆桿採用優質 PMMA 樹脂材料製成，筆身呈現半透明碎裂冰紋。 此版本的特點是具有閃閃發光的細紋滲透到水晶般的樹脂碎片中，並配有銀色筆蓋飾環和筆夾。

筆款的活塞上墨系統由Penlux自家研製，使用鋁合金製造，堅固耐用，儲墨量大，而且上墨手感十分滑順，配合德國精製的筆尖，很適合日用。
