Opus 88 Zodiac Snake Fountain Pen
This snake pen is an intricate work of art designed by the founder of Opus 88, Mr. Michael Hsu. It is a re-interpretation of a previous version of the snake pen produced by Opus 88 for another brand.
The pen features a platinum-plated sterling silver serpent encircling gracefully around the pen body and cap. Its lustrous shine contrasts beautifully against the dark blue ebonite with woodgrain stripes. The ebonite base is also imprinted with various seal scripts with the word “snake” designed by Mr. Tsai Tsung-Hsien, followed by a coat of clear lacquer to protect the imprints.
The snake in this re-designed version wraps around in different directions and its body has been further thickened comparing to the previous version. Then, the snake is securely affixed to the pen body with 11 hand-set rivets, each then adorned with a sparkling crystal. Making this pen is truly a painstaking manual crafting process that requires tremendous precision.
The twisting snake form seamlessly flows with no visual break between the cap and body - a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship. The snake is further brought to life with striking red ruby gems that serve as its eyes, while delicately engraved scales enhance its vitality and allure.

How much is my shipping?
Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.
For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Which courier will my order be shipped through?
For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.
For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.
For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.
