The "Winter Tonics in Taiwan" Vol. 4 Ink Collection (冬令進補 第四版) is inspired by four Taiwan's heart-warming comfort food or beverage.
The four inks in this collection are:
- Pumpkin Soup 南瓜濃湯 (Amber Yellow)
- Peeled Chili Pepper 剝皮辣椒 (Dark Green)
- Mulled Wine 熱紅酒 (Dark Wind Red)
- Taro Sago 芋頭西米露 (Pale Violet)
Peel Chili Pepper 剝皮辣椒
Once unripe chilies are marinated in rich soy sauce and simmered with chicken, they release an unexpectedly sweet and crisp flavor. Yet despite their innocent appearance, these green chilies still carry a tender heat—warming your stomach from within.
NOTE - Peeled chili pepper is a Taiwanese ingredient made by removing the skin of green chilies and marinating them in soy sauce and seasonings. Despite being a type of chili, it is only mildly spicy and has a slightly sweet, savory flavor. It is often used in soup dishes, most famously in “peeled chili pepper chicken soup,” where it adds a distinctive aromatic and lightly spicy taste.
Peeled Chili Pepper is a dye ink packaged in a 30ml glass bottle.

How much is my shipping?
Hong Kong and Macau have a flat rate of HKD 35.
For all other countries, the shipping rate is dependent on the order’s weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Which courier will my order be shipped through?
For Hong Kong and Macau, your order will be shipped through SF Express.
For Taiwan, your orders will be shipped through SF Express or E-Express.
For all other countries, Standard Tracked Shipping is typically shipped through E-Express. Express Tracked Shipping is shipped through Speed Post.
When will my order arrive?
Standard Tracked Shipping: For Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, estimated delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days. For the rest of Asia, 2-7 working days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 working days.
Expedited Shipping: Within Asia, typically 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, around 3-5 days.

All orders will include a tracking number. Once your order ships, we will send you an email that includes tracking information so that you can monitor where your package is!
