Leonardo Momento Magico Celluloid Fountain Pen － Blue Abyss (Limited Edition)

Hailing from Naples, Italy, Leonardo has created a new Momento Magico fountain pen with black, blue and grey celluloid: “Blue Abyss”.

Celluloid has been heavily used by different pen manufacturers before the invention of plastic due to its ease of coloring and molding as well as the beautiful color it produces. However, since it is vulnerable to heat and can easily ignite, only a few pen manufacturers continue to produce pen barrel with celluloid.

Each pen barrel is handmade by Italian craftsmen and cannot be made by machines to avoid overheating. After forming into rods, the material needs to sit for several months to let the celluloid become stable.

賽璐珞Celluloid曾經是最常用於製作鋼筆的物料。它容易成形，不易碎裂，而且光澤明亮、觸感溫潤，有如美玉。但由於加工費時費力，賽璐珞逐漸被其他物料取代，只餘下少數筆廠堅持製作。

Leonardo來自意大利那不勒斯擁有近半個世紀的歷史。他們以純賽璐珞製作出全新筆款Blue Abyss。黑色主色混合藍色和灰色珠光，在光線下閃閃生輝。

每枝筆桿都需要工匠手工製作成型，不能由機器代勞，以免賽璐珞因過熱而自燃。之後還需要靜置數個月，讓賽璐珞定型。製作雖繁瑣，卻擁有無可取替的手感和浪漫。

Blue Abyss限量製作222枝，筆蓋刻有限量編號。
